Seller's Inspection
Are you selling your home?
A Move-In Certified® home has been pre-inspected, which means that the seller can confirm that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement, and no known safety hazards. A Move-In Certified® Seller's Inspection alerts you to any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them. You can then take the time you need to obtain reasonable repair estimates. Show prospective buyers that you are dealing in good faith. Avoid 11th-hour negotiations and delays, and justify your full asking price by having your home pre-inspected now.

New Construction Inspection
A residential new build inspection ensures that a newly constructed home meets local building codes, standards, and specifications. It is a full home inspection to verify quality and safety before the homeowner takes possession. Performing the inspection ahead of the closing date allows issues to be resolved by the builder prior to close.

Radon Gas Test
Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer next to smoking. Testing measures the concentration of radon gas in the air within a home or building. It involves placing a testing device, such as a radon detector, in the lowest livable area for a specified period. The device collects air samples to determine radon levels, helping assess if mitigation is needed to ensure a safe indoor environment. The Surgeon General and EPA recommend testing all houses.

Sewer Scope Inspection
Inspecting your sewer line can prevent costly repairs and health hazards by detecting blockages, leaks, or damage early. It's a proactive step to maintain your home's plumbing and avoid potential disruptions. Discovering problems now can head off catastrophic and expensive repairs later.
